Returns and Refunds Policy
Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
To exercise the right to cancel, the customer must notify us of their decision to return the item within the 14-day period, by contacting us through our official customer support channels.

Deadline for Returning Items
Once the customer has informed us of their intention to return the order, they have an additional 7 calendar days to send the item back to us.
Returns requested or sent outside these timeframes may be refused.

Conditions for Accepting Returns
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odours, or damage;
  • The item must be in the same condition as received;
  • All original tags and labels must be attached;
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging or in suitable protective packaging;
  • All accessories, free gifts, or promotional items included in the order must also be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or incorrect:
  • Underwear and swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed);
  • Tights and hosiery.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the customer receives an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, they must contact us, providing clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the return.

Request Review Timeframe
After your request has been received, we will review it and provide a resolution within up to 72 hours.
